Clownfish Plugin For Teamspeak 3 Voice
Clown fish is for skype you want morphvox or a vst plugin for a daw(i use fl studio) and i get the plugins from some site(99% of plugins are paid for) same with any decent voice changer, i honestly recommend hardware as a voice changer as it will make it sound more normal then software does(these are called fx mixers which are around 150$) but needs xlr mic as far im aware, you can get morphvox for free(via illegal but i wont tell you the site), again clownfish is for skype it even says it on their site atleast it used to be. Clownfish worked for me last night on VRchat. It works for lots of things other then skype. Works with video editing software and sound recorders. As well as steam calls and voip calls.Right Click on the orange clownfish logo in your task bar on the right and then click setup. Orange means its on.
Grey means its off. Make sure its installed to the default microphone your using.

How is vinegar made. Sometimes it installs to the wrong audio device. I can confirm it works on my system. I was talking like a robot with it last night. Granted I was using Oculus Rift mic so maybe your mic is not compatible or you got it setup to wrong audio source?Here is pic of what my setup looks like.
