Devin Townsend Band Accelerated Evolution Rar
Another incredibly poor Back On Black job. This one is eternally frustrating because they should have done what they did with Infinity and used the Project EKO bonus music for the final side; that way, they wouldn't have ruined any transitions (I'm looking at 'Storm' - 'Random Analysis'), and the first side wouldn't run a very stupid 10 minutes. More of the usual lack of quality control. (And all of the Devin Townsend pressings are from CD masters, if you were wondering – all the master tapes were destroyed in a flood in 2004, and Townsend doesn't care about vinyl, so he just let Plastichead do whatever they wanted on the cheap, so they clearly used CDs for the post-2004 albums too).

Infinity Ziltoid Terria Physicist Accelerated Evolution Synchestra Biomech Hummer/Devlab/Assordid demos/other random Devin-shit that I can't listen toBiomech is not so good of an album, but it has maybe the best Devin song ever, 'Life'. And 'Storm' from Accelerated Evolution is good number two and 'Earth Day' from Terria is number three in my books, and 'Namaste' from Physicist is really a killer track. Physicist actually sounds really a lot like Strapping Young Lad played on keyboards btw.

But as a whole I like Infinity and Ziltoid the most. Terria is maybe even a bit too epic to my tasteand the Steve Vai - Sex & Religion album is worth checking out, Devin was only 17 when he did the vocals on that one.
